EXECUTIVE BIO

Mike Festa is a chief financial officer and transformation leader with 30+ years of experience leading turnarounds, transformations, complex deals and building high performance teams that are confident in their ability and can be relied on to execute their mission.  He is a leader and energizer behind many efficiency and cash generation initiatives generating multi-million savings and changing mindsets and behavior to deliver sustainable results.  He is a promoter and enforcer of ethics, management integrity and personal conduct.

Leveraging his experience at Xerox and Conduent, Mike currently provides services to clients in a variety of industries.  He specializes in executive management and CFO services, M&A and capital raising services, contract negotiation and optimization services, and strategy, planning and analysis services.

Mike Festa holds a bachelor’s degree in accounting from Seton Hall University and is a Certified Public Accountant.  He lives in Fairfield, Connecticut, with his wife Fran.
